A WAY TO HEALTHY LIFE
DINCHARYA- DAILY ROUTINE
It’s a Sanskrit word,
which indicates the whole schedule from morning rise till off to bed.
Our body is the part of whole universe, so it should be
organized according to the cycle of nature. In order to lead a Healthy and Happy life.
According to Ayurveda our health depends on the balance of
three Doshas
VATA
PITTA
KAPHA
These three are related with the elements of universe i.e
VATA – AIR
PITTA – FIRE
KAPHA- WATER
Everyday 2 cycles of
Dosha change Takes place through our body, each bringing a Vata, Pitta or Kapha predominance.
The approximate times of these cycles are as follows:-
CYCLE 1 –
Kapha-
6:00 a.m – 10:00 a.m
Pitta- 10:00 a.m – 2:00 p.m
Vata-
2:00 p.m – 6:00 p.m
CYCLE 2 –
Kapha- 6:00 p.m – 10:00 p.m
Pitta
– 10:00 p.m – 2:00 a.m
Vata
– 2:00 a.m – 6:00 a.m
The ideal schedules should be according to these cycles.
TIME TO RISE should be :- 4:00 a.m – 6:00 a.m
TIME TO BED should be :- 8:00 p.m – 10:00 p.m
MEANS, EARLY TO BED AND EARLY TO RISE MAKES A MAN HEALTHY
WEALTHY AND WISE.
What we eat and when we eat also effects our body’s well
being.
Our body constitutes of what we eat, so our meals should
also be healthy and on time.
Every person’s body is not same and so are the Doshas, so
meals should also be according to the system of our body.
In today’s fast moving life its very difficult to follow proper
routine. But by altering little habbits , one can lead to a healthy life.
BREAKFAST- 8:00 a.m – 10:00 a.m Heavy but healthy
LUNCH – 1:30 p.m – 3:30
p.m Normal but not light
DINNER – 7:00 p.m – 8:00 p.m Very light
