disorders are a big problem for our society today. Nowadays faulty lifestyle has
proved biggest killers. Among the lifestyle disorder, the most endangering to
human beings are: Obesity, Hypertension, Diabetes, Arthritis, Spinal problems,
Carcinoma, Dementia, Depression, Anxiety etc.
